Delivery is Free of charge.
All Delivery time frames quoted are based on the item ordered being in stock. If the item is not currently in stock when the order is received, the delivery time frames will differ.
Smaller items are classified usually as under £50 value and/or under 2kg in weight. These items are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, Monday to Saturday. The courier we use for standard deliveries is Royal Mail. If a valid UK Mobile number has been provided, once your item has left our warehouse, Royal Mail will send you a text with tracking information.
Larger items will likely be over £50 and/or over 2kg in weight. These items are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, Monday to Friday. The courier we use for larger item deliveries is UPS. If a valid UK Mobile number has been provided, once your item has left our warehouse, UPS will send you a text with tracking information.
If you live in a Northern Ireland, highland, island or rural postcode area, delivery may take longer than 7 working days.
We always aim to deliver your order within 7 working days, but it is subject to product availability, postcode, and carrier availability.
Sorry, we cannot currently deliver website orders to BFPO.
We deliver to most postal areas in the UK including Northern Ireland. However, geographical location and courier availability can restrict our service. We may not always be able to deliver certain products to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, and the Isle of Man.
We do reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
