Terms and Conditions

ALL GOODS AND SERVICES SUPPLIED BY PROCUREMENT INTERNATIONAL LIMITED ARE SOLD SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.

The Seller is committed to total customer care and abides by the principles of The Consumer Protection Consumer Contracts Regulations. Should you wish to speak to our customer services department about anything relating to Procurement International Ltd please email our Customer Services team on customerservice@procurement.ltd.uk. We will endeavour to reply to your query within two working days.

Our Customer Services team are available between 8.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday.

3. ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
4. AVAILABILITY:

All orders are accepted subject to stock availability.
If the goods ordered are out of stock, we will contact you within 28 days from the day after your order was placed. If the goods are coming back into stock, we will propose a new delivery date or, with your agreement, we may be able to supply you with substitute goods.

5. VALUE ADDED TAX:

Prices included on our website all include VAT at the appropriate rate.

6. DELIVERY OF THE GOODS:

Any delivery dates are estimates only and are given in good faith. The Seller will make every effort to adhere to them but does not guarantee delivery dates. The Seller does not accept liability for failure to supply or to deliver within the period quoted. The Seller shall be entitled to make partial deliveries or deliveries by instalments and these conditions shall apply to each such delivery. In the event that the Seller is prevented or delayed from delivering the Goods due to causes beyond its control including but not limited to shortages of material, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lockouts, acts of God, or any restriction imposed by the Government or any other authority, it shall be entitled to postpone delivery for a period of 30 days, provided that should such a cause continue beyond 30 days the Purchaser shall be entitled to cancel the order upon giving the Seller written notice and the Seller shall not be liable for breach of Contract or otherwise for such failure to make or delay in delivery.

7. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS:

The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods after delivery to the Buyer or the Buyers nominated delivery address and after acceptance the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject goods which are not in accordance with the Contract.

8. TITLE AND RISK:

The Goods shall be at the Buyers risk as from the time the delivery has been accepted and received. This means that the Buyer is solely responsible for their custody, maintenance, and insurance.

10. DAMAGED/FAULTY/DEFECTIVE/UNWANTED GOODS
10.1. GOODS DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
10.2. FAULTY/DEFECTIVE GOODS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT
10.3. FAULTY/DEFECTIVE GOODS OUTSIDE 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT
10.4. BUYERS REMORSE – UNWANTED GOODS
10.5. GOODS RETURNED AS UNDELIVERED

If the goods ordered are returned by the Courier as undelivered, the goods will be returned to stock and an automatic refund will be raised

11. LIABILITY

If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery, or refund you with the amount paid for the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to limit our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

12. SAFETY ADVICE

For your own safety we recommend that you carefully read all safety information printed either on the packaging, or in any leaflets that may be included with the product. For electrical products always check the power cable and plug for any signs of damage. Always consult a qualified electrician and never attempt to repair any product yourself.

13. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.

14. DATA PROTECTION ACT 2018 AND GDPR

Procurement International Ltd is registered as a data processor under the above Act. Information supplied by you will be used for administering your account details and processing any orders.

By purchasing products from us, you agree to these terms of sale. Procurement International Ltd have the right to revise these terms and conditions including prices at any time. 15. COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint regarding a product or service provided by Procurement International Ltd, please contact Customer Services in the first instance who will try to resolve the issue directly with you. If this doesn’t resolve your complaint you can refer it to the EU Online Dispute Resolution for assistance.

16. PROPER LAW:

This Contract is subject to the law of England and Wales.

NOTHING IN THESE CONDITIONS SHALL AFFECT THE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF THE CONSUMER UNDER THE UNFAIR CONTRACT TERMS ACT 1977, THE SALE OF GOODS ACT 1979, AND THE SALE & SUPPLY OF GOODS TO CONSUMERS REGULATIONS 2002.
